FreshFlow is a weekly grocery delivery service created to make household shopping easier, more reliable, and less time-consuming.

We help busy individuals and families order the groceries they need for the week and have them delivered directly to their homes. Instead of making repeated trips to markets and shops, customers can choose their items, select a convenient delivery day and time, and let FreshFlow handle the rest.

We currently serve customers in Gisozi, Kagugu, and Gaculiro, with deliveries available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Our Story

FreshFlow began with a simple idea: grocery shopping should not take up so much of a family’s time and energy.

For many households, buying groceries means dealing with traffic, visiting several shops, carrying heavy bags, and still worrying about freshness and quality. We saw an opportunity to create a service that combines convenience with personal care.

FreshFlow was built to make weekly shopping easier while maintaining the trust customers expect when buying fresh food. We are starting with a focused pilot, listening closely to our first customers, and improving the service one delivery at a time.

What We Offer

FreshFlow provides a growing selection of everyday household essentials, including:

Freshness You Can Trust

Freshness and quality are at the centre of what we do.

We source products carefully from trusted farmers, importers, wholesalers, and suppliers. Groceries are selected, handled, packed, and transported with care to help maintain their quality until they reach the customer.

For chilled items such as meat, chicken, fish, and milk, we use appropriate insulated handling and transport methods to help preserve freshness during delivery.

How FreshFlow Works

3. Confirm your order.

4. Receive your groceries at home.

5. Reorder easily for the following week.

Customers can also receive support through WhatsApp if they need help placing an order or choosing products.

Our Quality Promise

We want every FreshFlow customer to feel confident ordering groceries without personally visiting the market.

If an item arrives damaged or does not meet the expected quality, customers should contact us on the day of delivery. We will review the issue and agree on an appropriate replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
